Technical Assistance (Monthly Contracts) - Greater Lisbon Prior scheduling for preventive maintenance interventions, which can be rescheduled to meet emergencies. The trips indicated are in the Municipality of Lisbon. The agreements are invoiced monthly in advance and require a minimum period of six months - The interventions for the agreements or packages of hours will be carried out on working calendar days, between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm. All interventions requested outside this period will be considered extra urgent and paid by the hour. All hardware required for a specific intervention is not included in the price and will be subject to prior approval of a quote by the customer. All software installed on the customer's equipment must be duly legalized, which is not MACSOS' responsibility.
