We have several customers who have Synology equipment but no monthly/annual contract with MacSOS.
Usually these customers do not deal with upgrades or any configuration necessary for the proper functioning and safety of the equipment.
That's why we created this remote assistance package, which includes the necessary assistance and backup handling of your NAS for one year.
This package does not include any hardware or travel to the site. Assistance is completely remote.
- Handling and verification of daily or weekly backups for existing hardware
- Creation of new users
- Upgrade of all NAS software
- Changing some configuration necessary for proper functioning
- Technical support in the proper use and configuration of the NAS
